Job summary

Alltru Credit Union in Wentzville, MO is hiring a Member Solution Specialist II to join our Branch Operations team. This role delivers full-service banking, opening accounts, taking loan applications, and advising members on products and services.

You’ll also perform teller transactions to ensure excellent member experiences. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years of retail/sales experience (bank/credit union preferred), strong customer service skills, and solid Microsoft Office

This position is responsible for providing members with full-service banking experience by performing all aspects of retail banking activities. This includes opening new accounts, taking loan applications, providing information and recommendations to members on appropriate products and services as well as assisting members with various administrative account-related requests.Member Solution Specialist II also performs teller functions to ensure the best member experience.
