Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Completes work by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items and addressing out-of-stock needs.
• Maintains safety and follows safety standards, procedures and guidelines including forklift spotting, handling of hazardous materials and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Acts with integrity and serves customers while delivering results and upholding Walmart values.
