The Member Services & Systems Coordinator serves as the primary administrator of NJHA’s Association Management System (AMS) and membership data infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of all member organization and contact records. The Coordinator maintains distribution lists and reporting structures, and supports member communications and engagement initiatives through effective system management. This position plays a critical operational role in maintaining the quality and reliability of NJHA’s membership data and member‑facing systems.
Computer, telephone, association management system (AMS), email marketing platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and related software applications.
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
