Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting value of Walmart products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety standards, procedures and guidelines including forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling.
• Fulfils Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviews orders, pulls items, scans, wraps and palletizes, ensures accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Secures items until Members arrive and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Adheres to Open Door Policy and Walmart values, fosters teamwork, integrity and respect, and supports the customer-first mindset.
