Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Completes orders by reviewing requests, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing to ensure accuracy and secure items for Members.
• Upholds safety by following safety standards, conducting safety checks, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Adheres to Open Door Policy and Walmart values, collaborating with teams to improve processes and adapt to change.
