The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Schedule
  • Part Time
  • Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 8-hour shift
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk activities including:
    • Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
    • Check members into the system.
    • Sign up new members.
    • Take prospective members on tours.
    • Update members' accounts as needed.
    • Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
    • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club.
