Job Opportunity: Member Services Representative in Fontana, CA

Location: 10200 Juniper Ave, Fontana, CA 92335, United States

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members in, giving tours, signing up new members, and assisting with cash drawer counts.
• Update member accounts as needed and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the club, including completing daily cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Perform other duties as required by club needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a passion for fitness and health.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Talk frequently, either in person or on the phone.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Handle exposure to chemicals occasionally.
