Job summary

Advancial Federal Credit Union in Frisco, TX is hiring for a front-line member service role on-site. You will deliver exceptional service, assist with sales, and help members improve their financial health through proactive guidance and product recommendations.

The position emphasizes accurate transaction processing, adherence to policies, and collaboration across branches. Weekend shifts and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• On-site role at Frisco, TX
• Ability to work Saturdays and assist with opening/closing duties

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and maintain high satisfaction scores
• Acquire new members and deepen relationships through proactive sales and service
• Identify opportunities to improve members' financial health
• Meet goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in-branch and by phone
• Resolve member issues by applying product and procedural knowledge
• Mitigate risk by following policies and procedures
• Complete daily branch operations and correct account or transaction errors
• Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture across staff, departments, and partners

What You'll Do

Requirements

Pay ranges from $18-$22 per hour, and the role is on‑site at our Frisco branch.
