Job summary

Advancial Federal Credit Union in Dallas, TX is seeking a Member Service Representative II to deliver exceptional service, open new memberships, handle deposits and withdrawals, post loan payments, and respond to inquiries to deepen member relationships.

You will meet sales goals, process transactions accurately in-branch and by phone, and uphold policies to mitigate risk while supporting Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties at the Oak Lawn Branch: 3927 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, TX 75219.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• An understanding of state and federal laws.
• Must be service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a variety of tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service aligned with Advancial's values, maintaining high satisfaction scores, and consistent positive feedback.
• Acquire new members and deepen existing relationships through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve members' financial health.
• Meet established goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently-both in branch and by phone-while resolving member issues through strong product and procedural knowledge.
• Mitigate risk by following all policies and procedures with sound judgment, and complete daily branch operations including correcting account or transaction errors.
• Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties.
• Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization-fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champion a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union's mission and values.

What You'll Bring:

This role is on-site at our Oak Lawn Branch Monday-Friday and includes a requirement of at least two Saturdays per month.

Compensation is $19-23 per hour, commensurate with experience and educational background.
