Introduction

Join our American Airlines family as a Member Services Representative within the American Airlines Credit Union at Boston Logan Airport. This role involves building positive relationships with members, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. The position requires bilingual skills in Spanish (read, speak, and write).

Key Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and process credit union services for members
• Post deposits and loan payments
• Handle monetary transactions and maintain account information
• Perform Notary Services as needed
• Promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union
• Collaborate with branch managers and leverage cross-selling opportunities
• Research member inquiries and provide solutions promptly
• Support all branch functions and duties
• Implement internal control and security measures
• Foster a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and relationship building
• Perform loan interviews, processing, and disbursements
• Work rotating Saturdays if required
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all account information in compliance with laws and regulations

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in-person at the assigned location
• Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service within the last year
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, speaking, writing)

Preferred:

• College degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• Previous banking or credit union experience
• Experience in a service-oriented environment

• Ability to pass background checks for airport security
