UK Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to join the Retail Branches team on-site. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries while educating members on credit union products and services.
You will also cross-sell financial tools, notarize documents as needed, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining confidentiality of member information.

As a Member Services Representative, you will be the face of UK Credit Union, providing essential financial services and support to our members. You will process transactions, assist with account inquiries, and educate members about credit union products that align with their financial needs.
