Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our Las Vegas gym. You will greet members, assist with memberships and retail, promote services like tanning and group fitness, and handle new member enrollment with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will manage check-ins, answer phones, relay event information, and support members with requests while maintaining a clean, organized front desk and a deep knowledge of our facilities and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a focus on engagement and retention.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations.
• Checks in all members and guests in accordance with procedures and resolves check-in issues.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain a professional and courteous disposition.
• Be an expert in all club facilities, services, programs and hours.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Navigate all stations of the front desk (check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales).
• Perform opening and closing checklist and duties.

The Member Services Representative contributes to building a fiercely fun fitness environment for team members while delivering excellent customer service to the member base. They are enthusiastic about fitness and excited about serving others and help to deliver and exceptional member experience at gym level.

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb.
• Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
