What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
• Assist members at the welcome desk: check‑in, greetings, farewells, and tours.
• Introduce new and current members to Black Card amenities.
• Support membership enrollment and other club responsibilities.
• Engage members with energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and promote member success.
• Demonstrate a high‑energy, positive attitude and serve as a team leader.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Contribute to a growth‑oriented culture and competitive compensation package.
