Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests in a high-energy environment. You will greet, assist, and inform visitors, while processing memberships and maintaining a clean, welcoming front area.

Essential duties include phone support, tours for prospective members, and timely responses to inquiries, with an emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
