Job summary

Flynn Group is hiring a Member Services Representative at our Planet Fitness location in California. You will deliver superior customer service to members and guests, greet and check in members, and provide club tours.

You will process beverage and merchandise purchases on the POS, communicate events, and maintain a clean and welcoming front desk. A team-oriented, reliable individual with basic computer skills and strong communication fits well.

Responsibilities
