Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the club is presentable and up to Excel standards.
• Perform club walkarounds and complete assigned cleaning or related tasks, including re-inspections.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS systems accurately.
• Ensure members adhere to policies and guidelines; address infractions.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate effectively with members to deliver high-quality service.
• Stock retail and janitorial items for upcoming shifts.
• Adhere to company standards and resolve member issues proactively.
• Audit club inventory and communicate with management for inventory orders.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and participate in team meetings.
• Promote and assist with membership tours and outreach.
• Support club promotions, training, and operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and insurance requirements.
• Operate equipment and amenities, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Assist at community events and outreach activities.

Qualifications
