Responsibilities include:

1. Performing your duties effectively during your assigned shift.
2. Maintaining club cleanliness and atmosphere.
3. Using and staying proficient in the Planet Fitness mobile app.
4. Completing necessary training for safe and efficient operation.
5. Conducting regular audits to ensure club standards.
6. Performing walkarounds, cleaning, and re-inspecting tasks.
7. Balancing cash drawers daily.
8. Updating member information in tablets and POS systems.
9. Enforcing company policies and guidelines with members.
10. Providing a safe environment and high member service levels.
11. Stocking retail and janitorial supplies for the next shift.
12. Adhering to company standards and resolving member issues.
13. Managing inventory and communicating with management about orders.
14. Staying current with certifications and participating in team meetings.
15. Promoting and assisting with membership and outreach activities.
16. Supporting club promotions and operational strategies.
17. Ensuring legal and insurance compliance.
18. Assisting members with amenities and representing the company at community events.

Qualifications include:
