Member Services Rep Front Desk (Overnight)

3. Using the Planet Fitness mobile app proficiently.
4. Completing necessary training for safe and efficient operation.
5. Conducting regular audits for club presentation and standards.
6. Performing club walkarounds and cleaning tasks, including re-inspections.
7. Balancing cash drawers daily.
8. Updating member information in tablets and POS systems.
9. Ensuring policy adherence and addressing infractions.
10. Providing a secure environment for members.
11. Delivering high-quality member service and communication.
12. Stocking retail and janitorial supplies for the next shift.
13. Resolving day-to-day member issues and managing inventory.
14. Staying current with certifications and training.
15. Participating in team meetings and community outreach.
16. Assisting with membership promotions and operational strategies.
17. Ensuring legal and insurance compliance.
18. Assisting members with amenities and equipment use.
19. Representing the company at community events.

Qualifications include:
