Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Akron General’s Bath Health and Wellness Center as an Operations Attendant. This role supports member entry, handles point-of-sale transactions, distributes information, answers calls, and completes cleaning tasks in the Lifestyles area.

We seek a friendly caregiver who can work variable hours, perform basic computer tasks, and provide excellent service to members and guests in a busy fitness-oriented facility within the Cleveland Clinic system.

Qualifications

• Can work variable hours.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Customer service, housekeeping or health club experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle member entry, POS transactions and information dissemination.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and relay messages as needed.
• Register members for programs and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in the Lifestyles area.
