Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager as needed.
• Conduct loan interviews and process loan applications and documentation.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and training to Member Service Associate staff members.
• Execute member transactions and provide general information in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Actively promote credit union products and services.
• Maintain proper control of assigned cash, corresponding transactions, and credit union documents.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
