Job summary

Colorado PERA seeks a Member Services Manager to lead the daily operations of a team in the Member Services Division, ensuring high-quality service and member satisfaction. • Progressively responsible experience in benefits administration or financial services.
• Prior management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team for retirement, disability, and survivor benefit programs.
• Collaborate with other managers in daily operations of the Member Services Division.
• Provide coaching, set measurable standards, and conduct performance reviews.
• Analyze service data and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with HR in interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Investigate escalated issues and resolve complex member concerns.
• Oversee policies and procedures within assigned administration areas.
• Participate in training and professional development.
