Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts
• Participates in sales and marketing events and works to meet Membership goals
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and ensuring order accuracy
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues and promoting products and services
