• Provide member assistance by answering questions and guiding purchases.
• Process Memberships upgrades and manage credit accounts.
• Promote membership benefits and Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Support safety by following all procedures and reporting hazards.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately and ensure invoices.
• Deliver customer service by addressing member needs and resolving concerns.
