Planet Fitness is seeking a General Manager to lead club operations in Indiana, delivering a Judgement Free member experience while driving growth and profitability.

You will recruit and train a high-performing team, manage daily activities from front desk to facility upkeep, and ensure budget compliance and safety standards. A strong customer service mindset and leadership ability are essential.

Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility.Timely and accurate inventory and managing of supplies, staying within specific budget based on club requirements.Track statistics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annually).Backup support for any employee who is absent.Other responsibilities as asked by management.QualificationsMust have Assistant General Manager experience in the health fitness industry.A passion for fitness and health!Upbeat and positive attitude.Demonstrated relationship management and team oriented.Detail-oriented and high analytical thinking with proven ability to problem-solve.Punctuality and reliability are a must.Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co- workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.Strong business acumen.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn company specific programs.High School diploma/GED equivalent required.Must be 18 years of age or older.Satisfactory background check.Preferred QualificationsExperience with HRIS systems is a plus.Customer service background preferred.E-Verify STATEMENT:We are an E-Verify Company.
