YOUR CAREER OPPORTUNITY AT THE DUNES

We are currently seeking a Member Services Concierge to join our award-winning hospitality team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to Club members, their families, and guests by serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, office visitors, dining reservations, and special events. This position supports the Membership Director and department heads by coordinating reservations, maintaining current Club information and event calendars, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure efficient operations and a welcoming, member-focused environment.

Full-time benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 90 days of employment.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: MEMBER SERVICES CONCIERGE

This position operates in a member-focused country club environment and requires frequent interaction with members, guests, employees, and department leadership. A professional appearance, courteous communication, and a service-oriented approach are essential.

Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule may vary from time to time based on the operational needs of the Club. Availability to work holidays and special Club events is required as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet members, their families, and guests in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.

• Answer and direct incoming calls, screen inquiries, take accurate messages, and notify appropriate staff of requests.

• Coordinate dining and special event reservations.

• Maintain accurate Club event calendars, website information, and internal event communications.

• Assist with the preparation and distribution of Club event updates and department communications.

• Support the Membership Director with membership inquiries, application materials, and related administrative tasks.

• Issue member guest passes and barcodes as needed.

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to department heads.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

• Facilitate communication between departments to support efficient operations and an exceptional member experience.
