Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits clear understanding of BJ’s Membership options, including renewals and BJ’s Loyalty programs.
• Offers all appropriate membership products such as renewal options and Rewards redemption.
• Provides a high level of customer service at the checkout.
• Scans merchandise through POS to ensure accurate counts and totals; assists at self-checkout.
• Maintains cleanliness of the frontline area and assists with general club housekeeping.
