Responsibilities

• Exhibits clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals and upgrades.
• Offers all appropriate membership products and Rewards redemption.
• Provides a high level of customer service to Members at the register and in the store.
• Scans merchandise through the POS system and processes payments accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the frontline department.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting in other areas as needed.
