Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare field customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and providers with questions about benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims, billing, appointment access, and coverage options.
• Use an ACD system to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries across phone, written, and electronic channels.
• Guide members through complaint, grievance, and appeals processes and document interactions for follow-up.
