Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers (PacMed) in Renton, WA, is hiring a Member Services Representative for the US Family Health Plan. You will manage high call volumes using our ACD system, respond to written inquiries, and document interactions for effective follow-up with providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare field customer service positions.
• Experience in an HMO setting is preferred.
• Call Center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and billing.
• Guide enrollees through coverage options and appeals processes.
• Document interactions and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and written channels.
