Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a motivated front-end warehouse team member to greet members, assist with packing, load orders, and support cashier duties while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will perform setup/closing tasks, stock shelves, maintain clean front-end areas, and help in other departments as needed. Open availability and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, assist with loading orders onto conveyor, answer questions, relate promotions, assist cashier by counting items and preparing for scanning.
• Pack orders into boxes, load to cart, check packaging for tampering, follow safety procedures, assist loading into cars when appropriate.
• Assist members with self-checkouts by scanning or entering item numbers for heavy merchandise.
• Monitor registers for errors, keep belt area clean of product and debris during self-checkouts.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-end area, clean spills and trip hazards promptly.
• Perform setup and closing duties for the department, stock registers, and tidy area.
• Move pallets from receiving to storage or sales floor, and assist with stocking.
• Ensure correct signage, label unmarked products with numbers, and handle hazardous materials disposal.
