Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a friendly, people-first Member Service Teller for our Beaver Dam branch to be the welcoming face and heartbeat of the member experience.

You will greet members warmly, handle financial transactions accurately, listen for needs, and connect them with the right teammates while educating them on Summit's products and services to help manage money more effectively.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
