What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices regarding medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Adhere to and reinforce standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Maintain compliance with the employer's policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Previous remote work experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment
