What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to appropriate team members
- Adhere to and reinforce standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Must have a suitable home office setup that meets employer-required standards
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professional demeanor and empathy
