What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Adhere to and reinforce standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Must have a suitable home office setup that meets employer-required standards
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professional demeanor and empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Previous call center experience in the healthcare industry
