Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• One or more years of cash handling experience.
• Ability to manage relationships at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a banking environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated member service and sales ability.
• Professional and service attitude.
• Experience using online/mobile banking services.

Responsibilities

• Opens consumer new accounts and performs account maintenance.
• Balances cash drawer daily to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Produces quality work efficiently and error-free.
• Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves member inquiries.
• Applies knowledge to member interactions and creates solutions in members' best interests.
• Provides member service per Create CU standards.
• Establishes and deepens member relationships and promotes products and services.
• Cross trains in other branches/departments as needed.
• Promotes a positive, professional team environment.
