Member Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist members with financial transactions, including paying and receiving cash and negotiable instruments.
• Greet all members immediately upon entering the branch.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and correct errors promptly.
• Recommend electronic services and other products to members to promote self-service and credit union growth.
• Process daily teller transactions, answer product questions, and resolve member issues within your scope.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products, services, and promotions.
• Safeguard member information and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as scanning, updating records, mail payments, night deposits, and outbound calls.
