The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Handle all front desk activities including:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • Assist with new member sign-up.
  • Take prospective members on tours.
  • Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and timely, escalating as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the club.
  • Qualifications/Requirements
    • Customer service experience preferred.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Passion for fitness and health.
    • Upbeat and positive attitude.
    • Punctuality and reliability.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally.
    • Strong listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
    • High School diploma/GED required.
    • Must be 18 or older.
    Physical Demands
    • Standing and walking during shift.
    • Talking in person or on the phone.
    • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Occasional exposure to chemicals.
