Description

This role involves contributing to DCU's success by identifying member needs, providing excellent service, and helping members achieve their financial goals. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 3:30 to 7:30, and Saturday from 8:30 to 3:30, totaling 14.5 hours per week.

What You'll Do

Summary/Objective: Contribute to DCU's success sharing and business goals by understanding member needs, delivering service excellence, and supporting members' financial objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify financial needs of members, build rapport, educate, cross-sell products, make referrals, and meet sales goals.
  • Understand and explain DCU products and services, open new accounts, and conduct Notary services.
  • Process loan requests, verify conditions, and ensure document integrity prior to closings.
  • Handle teller transactions, assist with end-of-day balancing, and ATM operations.
  • Audit membership and loan files.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and security guidelines to mitigate risks.
  • Provide coverage in other departments as needed.
  • Suggest process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Verbal communication skills.
  • Technical skills (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
