America's Credit Union is hiring for a Full Time Teller at our Main Branch in Tacoma, WA. You will assist members with transactions, provide guidance on teller operations, and ensure accurate cash handling in a friendly environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least six months of financial institution experience. Bondability and strong communication are essential for success.

What You'll Do:

• Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phone


• Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members


• Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing


• Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail


• Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards


• Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards


• Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness


• Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees


• Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions

Branch Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The Pay Range:

$20.05 - $30.80.

Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. An applicant with the minimum six months of financial institution experience (to include new accounts) can expect to start at $20.05 per hour. The target hiring range for this role is $20.05-$25.66.
