Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative II in Atlanta to review member account information and conduct outbound calls to welcome members while consultatively cross-selling credit union products and services.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of credit union or banking experience with account opening knowledge and strong problem-solving skills. This full-time, hourly role reports to Branch Manager/Operations Manager and offers benefits per company policy.
Bring your credit union or bank experience, account‑opening knowledge, and problem‑solving strengths to our Onboarding New Member TEAM! in this position you will review member (customer) account info and conduct outbound calls to welcome the member and consultatively cross sell applicable credit union products and services, as well as refer to the applicable department based on financial needs (Lending, Specialized Accounts, Business / Treasury Services). Seeking 2+ years' experience with a credit union or bank where you opened accounts and ensured members (customers) were aware of credit union or bank services and products.

Pay information: $18.98 - $23.73 per hour
