Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, performs a broad range of member service activities in person and/or via phone, mail, email, fax, and online services. Provides exceptional customer service aligned with our core values and mission. Meets all sales and service goals. Handles tasks such as opening new accounts, ordering checks, account maintenance, and corrections. Assists members with loan applications, gathers necessary information, and prepares paperwork for disbursement. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services. Responds to member inquiries and provides information. Processes requests and transactions as appropriate. Helps members understand and utilize our products and services.
High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
2-4 years of MSR and/or loan processing/sales experience in a financial institution.
Knowledge of CU products, policies, and regulations. Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
Strong service orientation, multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, PC proficiency, and organizational skills. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Some travel may be required.
