Job description

Join us as a Member Service Representative I at Community West Credit Union

We are hiring for a full-time position at our Comstock Park Branch, offering a competitive starting pay of $17.22 per hour, paid bi-weekly. The role involves working Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM. We provide great benefits, including a 401(k) plan after 90 days, generous paid time off in the first year, holidays, sick leave, and a casual dress code.

Role Overview

As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our credit union, assisting members with questions about their accounts, payments, products, and services using our internal systems like GOLD. Your role is vital in helping members solve problems and improve their financial wellbeing.
