Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to greet members, handle everyday transactions, and build relationships. You will connect customers with accounts, loans, or digital tools while maintaining accuracy and security.

You'll balance cash drawers, support branch operations, and participate in opening/closing tasks. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and flexibility to travel to nearby branches as needed.

• 13 years experience working with people.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a knack for solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby branches as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Greet members and handle their everyday transactions, accurately and confidently.
• Listen, ask questions, and connect members with the right accounts, loans, or digital tools.
• Keep things running smoothly by balancing your cash drawer and following security and compliance standards.
• Pitch in with daily branch operations like opening/closing and audit support.
• Answer vital banking questions and deepen every relationship.
