Wings Credit Union in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver superior member service and drive satisfaction. You will handle face-to-face transactions, assist with new accounts and cross-sell products, while following BSA/CFPB guidelines and cash-handling procedures.
The role requires 6+ months in financial services or retail, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Competitive hourly pay plus incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation: USD 19.95 - 21.72 per hour, plus incentives.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide superior member service; driving member satisfaction and retention by helping members take full advantage of Wings' full range of products and services. This is accomplished through accurate and professional member transactions, enhanced member awareness of existing products and services, and timely product or service referrals. Additionally, the Member Service Representative is responsible for understanding and complying with credit union policies and procedures, and financial regulations, including BSA and CFPB.
Pay range: USD 19.95 to 21.72 per hour, plus incentives. Final compensation will be determined by relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and internal pay equity.
