Job summary

First Commerce Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative to open accounts, perform teller duties, balance cash, and guide members through digital banking solutions.

You will respond to inquiries with care, handle deposits and withdrawals, assist with wire transfers, debit cards, online banking, safe deposit access, and loan payoff quotes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You’ll contribute to sales referrals and service excellence within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 months of teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service).
• Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
• Comfort with office technology and financial systems.

Responsibilities
