Position Overview

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members-providing friendly, accurate service and connecting them with the products and services that best meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries
• Educate members about credit union products and services to help meet their financial goals
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing standards
• Open, update, and close accounts following proper identification and compliance procedures
• Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services
• Handle card services, ACH transactions, and member fraud claims as needed
• Provide professional, courteous service while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred
