Advia Credit Union seeks a full-time, on-site Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding service, manage member accounts, and proactively address needs. You will engage in outbound calls to inform members about Advia benefits and helpful financial solutions, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualified candidates bring cash handling and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a team-centered mindset.

Entry Salary Range:

$18.31-$21.97 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance.

You will get to provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with our members and your fellow Advians. You will answer member's questions, service their accounts, and utilize your natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs, allowing you to recommend products and services that will best benefit their individual financial needs.
