Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
• A current driver’s license.
• Ability to adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging loan interviews and gather essential credit history to tailor financial solutions.
• Assess loan applications by evaluating assets, liabilities, and credit experiences, and guide members through loan procedures.
• Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and documentation to ensure members are well informed.
• Cross-sell additional credit union services and provide expert advice to enhance members’ financial well-being.
• Process a range of financial services, including membership applications, checking accounts, IRAs, and more.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
