Job summary

Chief Financial Credit Union in Dearborn, MI, is seeking a Member Service Representative I to handle everyday transactions, assist members with account questions, and promote banking products. This full-time, in-person position offers a starting hourly range based on experience.

You’ll learn our products and systems while applying your strong service skills. Prior banking experience isn’t required, but helpful for faster advancement in a growing team.

As a Member Service Representative I at our Dearborn branch, you’ll help members with everyday transactions, account questions, and financial needs. You’ll learn our products and systems while putting your existing service skills to work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a welcoming face and a helpful voice for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

Pay That Recognizes Your Experience

$18 – $22 per hour.

Starting pay is based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Customer service and cash-handling experience can support a higher offer within the advertised range.

Your Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Dearborn branch, with occasional coverage at other branch locations.

• Monday–Friday: 8:40 a.m.–5:15 p.m.

• Rotating late nights: until 6:00 p.m.

• Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

The career path in Branch Operations also includes opportunities to become a notary, take on vault teller responsibilities, and grow into Team Lead or Supervisor roles. Advancement depends on demonstrated readiness, qualifications, and available opportunities.

This position requires sitting or standing for extended periods, using computers and standard branch equipment, and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 pounds.
