Position: Members Service Rep Part time

Saturday & Sunday 9am-2pm

We are searching for a motivated Member Service Rep to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility and providing a positive member experience. You will also deliver a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
   • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor according to Planet Fitness standards.
   • Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
   • Properly dispose of trash.
   • Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
   • Follow the “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost property immediately.
   • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
2. Qualifications and Requirements:
   • Applicants for overnight positions must undergo a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire; continued employment depends on the results.
   • Custodial experience is preferred.
   • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
   • Honesty and strong work ethic.
   • Ability to solve problems independently.
   • Diplomatic in interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
   • High School diploma or GED required.
   • Must be 18 years or older.
3. Physical Demands and Environment:
   • Work may be indoors or outdoors, with travel between sites.
   • Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, hazards, and weather conditions.
   • Ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and lift over 80 lbs.
   • Ability to communicate verbally and administer CPR if needed.
   • Normal vision and hearing, with or without correction.
