REQUIREMENTS

  1. High school diploma required, with one year's experience as a customer service representative in either a retail establishment or financial institution in which sales was a function of the job.
  2. Proven track record in member service.
  3. Present a professional image to the membership and community.
  4. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  6. Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  7. Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
